The Shift Project works with individuals and organisations to support better wellbeing - through practical, science-backed guidance on nutrition, physical activity and the behaviours that shape how we live, work and perform each day.

 

This is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. Coaching is tailored to real life - recognising different stages of life, time pressures, budgets, preferences and capacity for change. Progress is built through small, intentional shifts that feel doable and sustainable.

 

At the heart of The Shift Project is a simple belief: when people feel their best, they perform their best. Whether that’s showing up with more energy and confidence for family life, or bringing greater focus, engagement and resilience to the workplace.

 

The Shift Project supports people and organisations who want to invest in what matters most - the health, wellbeing and performance of humans.

 

This is about creating a movement where wellbeing is valued, behaviour change is supported, and nutrition and physical activity are tools for living well - not something that feels overwhelming or hard.

The Shift Project Difference

The Shift Project takes a science-backed, human-centred approach to weight management and wellbeing.

 

Rather than focusing on just one lever, we work with the trifecta that actually drives sustainable change:

Weight is not gained in a day - and it’s not lost in one either. Together, we unpack a lifetime of eating, moving and coping, informed by the science of human behaviour. Much of why we eat has nothing to do with hunger or survival - and understanding that is where real change begins.

 

This is not about perfection. It’s about progress that feels doable.
