Wellbeing that supports performance

Team Shift supports organisations to improve employee wellbeing through practical, behaviour-led coaching around nutrition and physical activity - recognising that healthier people are more engaged, resilient and productive at work.

This is not about one-off initiatives that fade quickly.  Team Shift focuses on sustainable change, delivered in a way that feels relevant, realistic and supportive of the pressures people face at work and at home.

Meet your coach

I’m Helen (Helby), Founder and Head Coach of The Shift Project, and an experienced Project Consultant working alongside organisations to strengthen performance, engagement, and sustainable ways of working.

My background spans business analysis, transformation, change management, employee experience, and project and operational leadership, with senior roles across the manufacturing and financial services sectors. I’ve worked inside complex organisations, across multiple functions and large-scale initiatives, and understand how strategy, systems, leadership, and culture shape how people perform day to day.

Alongside this, I’m a registered Weight Management Coach with diplomas in Nutrition and Human Resources, and I’m completing my certification as a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. This allows me to address wellbeing not as a standalone programme, but as a critical enabler of safety, decision-making, engagement, and productivity.

My approach is practical, evidence-based, and commercially grounded. I partner with leaders and HR teams to deliver solutions that work in real environments — supporting healthier, more capable teams and performance that lasts.

We start by understanding your business context - your strategy, operating environment, workforce, and current challenges. This may include conversations with leaders, HR, and teams to understand what's really happening on the ground.​​

Together, we identify a small mumber of priority areas that will make the greatest difference - whether that's energy and fatigue, safety and decision-making, engagement, change capacity, or performance under pressure.​

3. Design Practical Shifts

Initiatives are implemented in a way that integrates with existing systems and ways of working. We review progress, assess what's landing and what's not, and adjust based on real feedback and outcomes.

One-off wellbeing engagement

Content is tailored to the organisation and participants, with a strong focus on sustainability rather than short-term motivation.
