Every step should feel manageable.  If something feels too hard, we scale it back.  Sustainable change happens when progress feels achievable - not overwhelming.

You remain in the driver's seat.  Our role is to guide, support, educate and hold you accountable - without judgement, rigid rules or unrealistic expectations.

Hi, I'm Helen (Helby)

 

I support people to feel better and achieve their weight-loss goals, through practical guidance and gentle accountability - someone in your corner to help you follow through, reflect, and adjust without pressure or judgement.

 

Clients often describe the changes as simple but life-changing; enjoying meals again, eating more of the right things at the right times, and feeling more in control.

 

The benefits often extend beyond them - into family life, work, and everyday routines - with many noticing they rely less on convenience food and costly food deliveries as wellbeing becomes easier to prioritise and sustain.

If something here has resonated, or you're even just curious about what's possible, it may be time to make a shift - one that helps you feel better, more in control, and supported along the way.

1. Understand You

We start with an initial consultation to explore your history, goals, mindset, and what's currently going on in your day-to-day life.

2. Find the Right Focus

Together, we identify a small number of meaningful areas to work on.

3. Create Practical Shifts

Using behaviour analysis and structured goal-setting, we design changes that fit how you think, live, and make decisions.

4. Apply & Review

You put the changes into practice, and we review what's working, what's not, and refine as needed - without pressure or judgement.

5. Strengthen & Sustain

As habits embed, we deepen understanding, tackle new topics (like triggers or relapse prevention), and build confidence for long-term success.

The Spark

Clarity starts here

For those not ready to commit to a full programme, or who want a short, focused session to explore a topic. This option provides general insights on nutrition, movement, and behaviour, and is also suitable for past clients who would like a few additional sessions or periodic check-ins for advice, reminders, or motivation. Habit formation is just starting here, so one-off sessions offer helpful guidance but limited opportunity to embed new behaviours.

The Reset

A supported starting point

A budget-friendly, entry-level option for individual personalised support.  Perfect for those who already have some good routines, but maybe carrying a little extra weight, or face occasional challenges - like work travel, social events or life events and they would like some support and short-term gentle accountability to stay healthy when 'life hits'.

The Build

Strengthening habits for lasting change

Designed for those with specific areas they'd like to adjust and improve.  This option offers gentle accountability and structured guidance to help you flourish independently, building consistency and confidence in nutrition, movement, and behaviour.  This product starts to deep-dive on topics that are fundamental to your specific behavioural triggers. With regular check-ins and practical strategies, The Build helps you strengthen the foundations for long-term wellbeing.

Change and sustain

For those who have tried multiple approaches to weight management and wellbeing, only to feel back at square one each time.  The Shift provides full support and empathetic guidance over a period that allows the time required to unpack existing habits, understand why previous attempts haven't worked, and explore alternatives that fit your lifestyle and brain.  Step by step, you'll build sustainable habits, gain clarity and control, and begin feeling better - laying the foundations for lasting transformation.

Each pathway is grounded in the same principles - sustainable wellbeing, behaviour-led change and real-life practicality - with differing levels of support and depth.
